  • A system of healing based on the idea that the body should be allowed to function as naturally as possible. Practicing the recommended asanas (postures) and breathing techniques will first rejuvenate your body, and then help to eliminate the causes of ailments. So just breathe, practice, and relax!

  • Unleash the power of deep breathing and help to rid the lungs of accumulated stale air, increase oxygen levels and get the diaphragm to return to its job of helping you breathe.

  • Meditation acts on areas of the brain that modulate the autonomic nervous system, which governs such function as digestion and blood pressure – functions heavily affected by chronic stress.

  • Stimulates the energy flow in or around the human body to restore balance on all levels, clearing blocks and interferences from the biofield thereby enabling the physical body to heal itself.

I have been teaching yoga classes and working privately throughout the Westchester, NY area for over 22 years.  My yoga certification is with Katonah Yoga in classical Hatha Yoga, Classical Taoist Theory, Teacher Practicum and Profession Ethics and Practices.
